<p>i-wireless, LLC,  a mobile virtual network operator providing wireless telecommunications services throughout the United States (“the Company”), is recruiting for a newly created position:</p>
<p>Position: Tax and Accounting Manager</p>
<p>The Tax and Accounting Manager will support and report directly to the Company’s Director of Asset Management. The Director of Asset Management is a newly created position that will play a key role with regard to two of the Company’s most important initiatives: (1) ensuring compliance with the various tax and regulatory filing obligations that allow the Company to continue operations in more than 2,200 retail stores nationwide and (2) maintaining and accounting for the Company’s various inventories, as well as facilitating the flow of inventory between warehouses and store shelves.</p>
<p>Primary responsibilities of this position include:</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Tax Compliance:</span></p>

<li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Oversee/negotiate the purchase/lease of all capital assets.</span></li>

<li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Manage the Firm’s billing and collections process, including in the write-off of unbilled time or disbursements and the collection or past due or delinquent receivables.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Manage the Firm’s client intake &amp; credit process, including: obtaining and analyzing credit reports, identification of conflicts of interest; and analysis of alternate billing proposals.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Manage the Firms’ liability insurance coverages and risk management functions.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">In consultation with the Firm’s outside accountants, manage the Firm’s taxation issues.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Oversee the Firm’s facilities management functions, as required, for all locations.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Oversee the Firm’s ancillary business operations (GH&amp;R Holdings, LLC, Longworth-Insured Title Agency, LLC, GH&amp;R Business Services).</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Other financial related responsibilities as directed by the Executive Committee.</span></li>

The Director of Finance has responsibility for financial, accounting and other related functions for the firm. He or she will institute and administer accounting policies, assist in the preparation and management of the budget, oversee accounting systems and controls, participate in partnership tax preparation, and maintain bank relations.
